20 years of Point&Co. We mark the anniversary with two original YouTube series.

Twenty years in communications, PR and marketing is a long story. We have moved from analogue worlds and the traditional press, through the explosion of social media, to the age of runaway artificial intelligence. To mark the 20th anniversary of our agency (formerly Publicon, today Point&Co.) we chose to celebrate in the way we know best — by sharing knowledge and giving the floor to practitioners.

On our YouTube channel we have published two original conversation series that take stock of the defining challenges in contemporary business and place branding.

The City series — How do you build a city’s brand? Behind Wrocław’s success

A city brand is not built on corporate jargon, abstract reports or academic theory. It is built by practitioners. Brands of cities and countries support real growth: they help attract residents, students and investors. Behind each of them stand concrete strategic decisions taken over many years.

Wrocław has long been held up as a model — a city of culture, young people and bold investment. In the first series we invited three people who shaped the capital of Lower Silesia’s communications at very different moments in its development:

  • Paweł Romaszkan — author of the Wrocław dwarf concept and co-creator of the strategy built around the famous line “Wrocław — the Meeting Place”. He talks about an uncompromising approach to getting a city noticed, a heroin chase at the opera, and a priceless collection of Marilyn Monroe photographs.
  • Wiola Samborska — the expert who developed Wrocław as a tourism brand. Co-creator of VisitWrocław’s success and of winning the European Best Destination award.
  • Radek Michalski — current director of the City Brand Department. In the conversation he speaks frankly about how Wrocław is preparing for what is unavoidable: a demographic crunch, metropolitan challenges, automation and a changing labour market.

The 2026 series — The future of business, e-commerce and twenty-first-century challenges

The second series is a set of in-depth conversations with business and strategy leaders about how the market, e-commerce and brand communications are changing in the age of AI.

The cycle includes conversations with, among others, Marcin Czyczerski (on the transformation of CCC and e-commerce), Marcin Szczupak (on the evolution of the PR industry), Łukasz Pawłowski (on scenarios for 2027) and Dawid Prokopowicz (on the impact of AI and smartphones, and on building effective communications in 2026).

Good things do not age

Two decades at Point&Co. have taught us one thing: however much the channels and algorithms change, effective communication still rests on authenticity, a deep insight and the courage to pursue ideas that do not fit a template.
